These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of
travel-related services arranged by Hussaini Travel And Tour,
including hotel accommodation, visa assistance,
transportation and other travel-related services.
By requesting, confirming, or using our services,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Role
Hussaini Travel And Tour acts as a travel service provider
and/or intermediary between customers, travel agents,
hotels, transport providers, visa service providers
and other third-party suppliers.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Hussaini Travel And Tour
does not directly own, operate or control hotels,
transportation companies, visa authorities or other
third-party service providers.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until Hussaini Travel And Tour provides written confirmation.
- A quotation or price indication does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- A booking becomes confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Hussaini Travel And Tour.
- Customers must carefully check all booking details before confirmation.
3. Prices & Quotations
- All prices are subject to availability and may change before confirmation.
- A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
- The final amount payable will be the amount stated in the booking confirmation or invoice.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made according to the deadline stated in the quotation or invoice.
- A booking may be released if payment is not received on time.
- Hussaini Travel And Tour may require full or partial payment before confirming a booking.
- Any credit facility, if offered, will be subject to separate written credit terms.
5. Hotel Accommodation
- Hotel bookings are subject to the hotel's availability, policies and confirmation.
- If you wish to change your hotel room type, please inform us as soon as possible. Hussaini Travel And Tour will contact the relevant supplier to check availability and any applicable price difference or additional charges. Any room type change will be subject to supplier availability and confirmation.
6. Standard Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel.
- Early check-in is subject to hotel availability and is not guaranteed And Late check-out is subject to hotel availability
- Hussaini Travel And Tour may submit a request for early check-in or late check-out on behalf of the customer; however, the final decision remains with the hotel.
- Customers must inform Hussaini Travel And Tour if their flight is expected to arrive earlier or later than the hotel’s standard check-in time. Please provide the updated flight schedule and arrival details as soon as possible so that we can notify the hotel and submit any necessary early check-in or late-arrival request. All such requests are subject to hotel availability
6. Visa Services
- Hussaini Travel And Tour may provide visa assistance, documentation support and submission-related services where offered.
- Visa processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the relevant authority.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine documents.
- Visa fees, government charges, service charges and other applicable fees may be non-refundable once processing has commenced, subject to the applicable supplier or authority's rules.
Hussaini Travel And Tour does not guarantee visa approval.
7. Transportation Services
- 1. Transportation services may be provided through third-party transport suppliers.
- 2. Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
- 3. Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
- 4. Additional waiting-time charges may apply where permitted by the transport supplier's terms.
Airport / Hotel Transfers:
- 1. Customers must provide accurate flight, hotel and contact details where required for transfer arrangements.
- 2. Changes to flight schedules or arrival times should be communicated as soon as possible.
- 3. Failure to provide updated information may result in missed transfers or additional charges.
- 4. No-show or missed-transfer charges may apply according to the transport supplier's policy.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the applicable
hotel, transport provider, visa provider or other supplier's
terms and conditions.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Check booking details before confirmation.
- Provide valid travel documents.
- Meet applicable payment deadlines.
- Follow applicable travel and destination requirements.
